Fearless Flash Photography
Many photographers avoid using flash due to fear and uncertainty. How does it work? What do the settings mean? What is necessary to use it effectively? In this class, we will demystify flash photography by discussing the different types of flashes and how they operate. We'll also cover various modifiers you can use.
About the Presenter
Preston started his imaging career on the videography side by getting a certification in broadcast video production at his local trade school. After completing his education, Preston spent many years working at his local camera supply store, where he discovered his love for photography. Now, as a professional photographer, he covers a wide range of work, including portraiture, macro and wedding & event photography. Preston's enthusiasm for flash photography and teaching others about the transformative power of lighting continues to fuel his work and his work at FJ Westcott.
