Join me in my home kitchen for a cooking class! September's cooking class will be fermenting all that produce from the garden!
Together we'll be making spicy pickled okra, zucchini pickles, apple daikon radish kraut, cardamom squash sauerkraut
I will be providing all of the needed materials unless noted, as well as samples or light snacks. As we chop, we will also discuss the benefits of what we are making, food safety tips, and troubleshooting. You will get to bring home what you directly prepare in class
This class would be appropriate for ages 14 and up.
