Fearless After Forty- Adult Dance and Fitness Class (Session 1)

A program for adults to experience a new form of movement and dance in a non-judgmental atmosphere. Come have fun, learn something new, check something off your bucket list, make new friends and move your body!

Four-week Sessions
Classes on Wednesdays from 7:00 to 8:00 PM
Cost: $80 per session
Session 1 (Jan 14- Feb 4)- Ballet and Conditioning
Session 2 (Feb 11-Mar 4)- Yoga 101
Session 3 (Mar 11- Apr 8 *Excludes 4/1*)- Hip Hop
Session 4 ( Apr 8- Apr 29) - Tap
