About this Event
All persons who work as food employees within First District must take an approved
food safety course every 3 years.
This includes:
- all management and supervisory staff prior to managing or supervising employees.
- all non-management or non-supervisory employees within 30 days of hire date.
- any employee working in a mobile food establishment: prior to performing any food handling tasks in the establishment.
Classes with less than 10 registrants will be cancelled.
