Please join us on Saturday, December 7, 2024 for a pancake breakfast including cookie decorating, meeting the jolly man in red, and more holiday fun!

Seating times:
- 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- 10:30 a.m. to noon.

Event location: Fred Barrett Arena (3280 Leitrim Rd, Gloucester, ON K1T 3Z4) on the second floor. Seating sessions are from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
Tickets required for event entry at $10 per-person. No refunds. All sales final.
FAQ
Q: What do I do if I can no longer make my reservation time? Can I get a refund?
A: All sales are final and refunds are not available. There are many community members who will be watching for an extra ticket to become available. Try posting on your local Facebook group, as we are sure someone will merrily take your place!
Q: Do I need to bring cash?
A: While your ticket covers your pancake breakfast, beverages, and crafts, there will be a raffle table on site. If you wish to participate in the raffle, it is cash only. Forgot to bring cash with you? No problem! There is an ATM on the first floor of the Fred Barrett Arena.
Q: How will I know if I have won something in the raffle?
A: Hold onto your raffle ticket and the winning number will be announced on social media and via phone/text. Your winning item must be picked up from an FCCA member's home within one week of announcement.
Q: How do we get our photo with Santa?
A: Our photographer will take down your email and send your photo to you after the event.
Q: Do I need to bring a stamp for the letter to Santa?
A: No, we will provide all stationary and postage. We ask you to please complete the address correctly on all envelopes to ensure you receive a letter back from the North Pole.
Q: What if we are late for our seating?
A: If you are late, you will still have access to the breakfast and activities. However, our timing is strict so that we can reset the room for the following seating as well as for the end of day clean up.
Q: When will Santa come?
A: We pace each seating as follows: arrival, breakfast, activities, picture with Santa.
