on saturday february 1st 2025, we're doing 2 seatings of a 4 course menu designed by cultural mastermind and international auteur p. georges saba. we're tres excited to have you.
specific location TBA, but it will be in los angeles, ca. (really narrowing it down, huh.) the two seating times are at 6pm and 8:30pm. in spite of the vaguely french art-y pretentious branding, the food has heavy middle eastern and italian influence, but even more broadly is inspired by saba's decade of living and consuming food in los angeles.
Boring fine print stuff: Tickets are on a first come first serve basis. In the event tickets are sold out for your particular timeslot, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified if a spot opens up. If a spot doesn't open up, you will be refunded your full purchase price. Pay bar will be available after first drink. We will do our best to modify dishes per certain dietary restrictions, but as it is a prix-fixe menu, our ability to do so is limited, as I’m sure you understand.
