Fayetteville Pride Festival Moves to Crown Expo Center for 2025!
Fayetteville, NC – February 26, 2025 – Fayetteville Pride is thrilled to announce that the 2025 Fayetteville Pride Festival will be held at the Crown Expo Center on Saturday, June 21, 2025! With a new indoor location, an extended schedule, and exciting new features, this will be the biggest and best festival yet.
Festival Director Brian Adam Kline shared his excitement about this year’s event, saying, “We listened to the community, and we’re making big changes. A new location means a controlled indoor temperature, plenty of space for food vendors and adult beverages, amazing crafts and goods, and of course—lots of entertainment! And most importantly, we will finally be able to have the festival in late June without the awful heat, the actual month of Pride.”
“I want the LGBTQ+ community and our allies to know that we are listening to them. The changes in 2025 are our way of making sure that we make your safety and comfort a priority. More than ever we MUST come together as a community and support each other!” says Fayetteville PRIDE Board President, Krystal Maddox
One of the biggest updates for 2025 is the addition of alcoholic beverages for adults to enjoy responsibly. Security and police will be on-site throughout the event to ensure a fun and safe experience for all attendees.
Another exciting change is that the festival will start earlier at 10:00 AM (instead of noon) and go until 8:00 PM (extended from 6:00 PM), giving attendees even more time to celebrate.
What to Expect at the 2025 Fayetteville Pride Festival
This year’s festival will feature:
✅ Main Stage Performances – Electrifying drag shows, live entertainment, and special guests.
✅ Educational Workshops – Informative sessions led by local leaders and advocates.
✅ Kids and Teen Areas – Spaces designed specifically for young attendees to celebrate safely.
✅ Community Arts Project Table – A hands-on creative space for festivalgoers.
✅ Food & Drink Vendors – A variety of food trucks and beverage options, including alcoholic drinks for adults.
✅ Crafts & Goods – Unique handmade items from local artists and businesses.
✅ Community Resource Hubs – Opportunities to connect with local LGBTQ+ organizations and services.
✅ Security & Police Presence – Officers and security staff will be on-site to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
