KEYNOTE - Jennifer Williams

Navy Veteran, Jennifer Williams, is the visionary Founder and CEO of Global Pathway Studies. With a passion for education and a dedication to making a difference, Jennifer has built a platform that offers comprehensive career and certification training programs. Her mission is to provide individuals, particularly those at risk, with the skills and opportunities they need to succeed in their careers and lives.
Under Jennifer's leadership, Global Pathway Studies has flourished, offering over 100 industry certifications and 80+ career pathways. Her commitment to excellence and innovation is evident in the diverse range of programs and the supportive learning environment she has created. Jennifer's extensive experience in education and business consulting has been instrumental in the growth and success of GPS.
Jennifer's motivation stems from her desire to help at-risk individuals, including teens aging out of foster care, veterans and their families, domestic violence survivors, and those in treatment for substance abuse. Her work is a testament to her belief that everyone deserves a chance to improve their lives through education and skill development.
When not working she enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren and friends. She is champion for Veterans and an active member of the Centre Club Philanthropy Council. She enjoys spending time at her pool, the beach, working out and yardwork.

Shirley Baez, a 20-year Special Operations Army Veteran, transitioned her passion for leadership and empowerment into founding LeadHERship Academy. As the author of "Lead Your Ship" and co-author of bestselling series like "Powerful Female Immigrants who Inspire Greatness" and "Real Women In Real Estate," Shirley shares her insights and expertise. Through LeadHERship Academy, she is dedicated to empowering professional women and business owners to excel in leadership, grow personally, and advance in their careers and businesses.
