Faun Fables brings their otherworldly blend of folk, theater, and storytelling to the intimate Jack London Revue. Led by visionary artist Dawn McCarthy, with longtime collaborator Nils Frykdahl and a rotating cast of musicians, Faun Fables weaves together original songs, traditional folk, and 20th-century compositions. Performances often blur the line between concert and theater, incorporating movement, puppetry, and elements of ritual for a transportive live experience.Opening the night, Catal Huyuk brings hypnotic tones and primordial rhythms, performing music from their soon-to-be-released second album, Scars.
