Kicking off with Big Daddy Nibbles, you’ll enjoy a spread of “Long Bar” peanuts, potato crisps, and prawn crackers — alongside Tom Yum Prawn Toast, Chicken Satay, Char Siu Pork Riblets, and the star of the show: Stir-Fried Lamb Noodles. And because it’s Father’s Day, we’ve added a special twist — Asian-Inspired Oyster Kilpatrick, a fusion take on a classic favourite.
