Why not enjoy a family day out this Father’s Sunday, 16 June!It’s a fantastic time to visit us, when you can enjoy exploring our 40-acre, with free entry for that special father figure in your life*
The Museum is home to a fascinating collection of over 50 rescued rural buildings, where visitors can discover the stories of the people who lived and worked in them from Anglo-Saxon to Edwardian times. There is a lot to see including: homes and historic gardens, farm animals and farming heritage, crafts and trade workshops, beautiful woodland, pasture and wildflower meadows.
You can also enjoy breakfast, brunch or lunch at our waterside café! With a wonderful selection of hot and cold beverages, light lunches and snacks. Our café is open 10am to 5pm (kitchen closes at 3pm).
*To claim free entry for any father figure in your party, there must be a full paying visitor to accompany them which can be an adult, child or family ticket (to work like a buy one get one free entry). Please note: Only one free father figure can be claimed with a family ticket, as this is already a discounted ticket.
When pre-booking you need to select the Father Figure – Sunday 16 June ticket (found at the bottom of the list of tickets) for each accompanied mother figure in your group. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or free ticket.
For Members, this day is included in your Museum Membership, members do not need to pre-book. Members can claim one free father figure as a guest to visit with them.
