This year, we’ve made our Father Christmas experience accessible for everyone, he will be greeting the children in his kitchen workshop. Our grotto is wheelchair-friendly and designed to be welcoming for all children, including those with additional needs. To make things extra magical, Father Christmas will be playing his melodeon to help children feel comfortable and full of Christmas cheer.
Children will get to meet Father Christmas and his Elf and receive an age appropriate gift.
Tickets and Pricing:
Ticket prices are £13.50 per child.
Ticket includes visit with Father Christmas, an age appropriate gift as well as an activity trail sheet (worth £3.50).
Each time slot is for one child, please book two slots together for two children.
Grotto Opening Hours:
Saturday 6th December 10:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday 7th December - 10:00am - 1:00pm

Please read the following carefully before booking your tickets:
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Due to our age-appropriate gifting, we will require the age of the children attending at the time of booking.
Each time slot is for one child, if two children you will need to purchase two time slots together.
Please arrive just before your slot, if you arrive too early you will be asked to remain outside. If you arrive late, you may miss your slot.
When you book online, you will receive a confirmation email. When you check in, you must be ready to show the QR code as either a print out, or screenshot of your confirmation email. If you don’t receive one you within 24 hours you must email [email protected] to ensure that your booking is confirmed.
Sheppy's House of Cider reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the event without prior notice.
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of Cancellation by Sheppy's House of Cider to which you will be notified.
