Fat Tuesday is the last day of Carnival and your last chance to let lose before Lent. For almost 20 years now we have thrown a Fat Tuesday party and this coming year will not be any different. Fat Tuesday is falling a bit early on the calendar this year but we're not going to let the potential of cold weather stop us from throwing a party.
We'll be serving up authentic Cajun/Creole dishes like ettoufee and jambalaya, muffuletta & Po'boys with bread flown in from New Orleans and a whole lot more.
