Join us in the farmhouse kitchen and learn just how easy it is to make your own cheeses at home. Its also the best way to get a taste of the fresh milk cheeses we make right here on the farm. In this class we make two fast and fresh cheeses using our grade A raw goats milk.
Every-bodies favorite melty mozzarella first then our decadent whole milk ricotta (with a fun twist to keep a sweet smile on your face). Eat all we make and take recipes and tips home with you.
