Who is the tutor?
Caroline Persall is a fashion illustrator and womenswear designer with twenty years’ experience, based in the South East of the UK. She has won awards from Clarke’s and K’s Shoes, and was featured in The Daily Mail’s 'You' magazine as an upcoming designer to look out for, when they featured her entire final degree collection. She has designed and illustrated clothing ranges for Jaeger and Viyella, pioneering the first ‘petite’ range of clothing for women in the UK.
Having designed womenswear for the Japanese designer Michiko Koshino, International Clothing Designs in Hong Kong (main supplier to Richard Green’s Arcadia Group), and illustrated for KnitAlert! New York, she later launched her own children's wear label.
