This study takes you on a deep dive in understanding fascia, embodiment, trauma, and yin yoga as a platform for healing in a wholistic approach that you will experience in your own body and be able to bring to your patients/clients.
> Are you a body that loves yoga or loves myofascial release and wants to expand further and deeply explore Fascial Yin? This course will give you a unique understanding of the many levels of healing that happen in the body in an easy to understand, practical and experiential way to help you in your own health and wellness journey.
Pre-requisite to in-person program
As part of the 40hr program, all registered participants will be sent a link for the 10hr online lectures content which needs to be completed prior to the first night of in person training. This link will be sent one month prior once full payment is made.
