After connecting with Dasha Le at Maria Alfieris' Fascia Release Workshop in St. Louis, I knew she would be the perfect person to offer Fascial Release Self-Care for you and your family. This class introduces simple, effective fascial release techniques you can use at home for yourself and your family. You’ll learn how to work with the body’s connective tissue to support ease of movement, reduce tension, and encourage relaxation and recovery.
She will provide instruction and guidance using accessible tools, including the pso-rite, gua sha tool, and lacrosse ball. You’ll have the opportunity to explore how each tool works, when to use it, and how to listen to the body’s feedback as you practice.
Come curious, bring your questions, and wear comfortable clothing. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to explore self-care in a practical, supportive way.
As with all of our Tuesday night community events, this is a donation-based class. You are not required to pay anything, although any donations made are given directly to the guest host and are greatly appreciated.
