About this Event
Fascia stretching is opposite of traditional stretching as it is active, not passive. In traditional stretching, the muscle is lengthened until a stretch is felt and then pushed “a little bit farther” with the risk to go too far…Fascia stretching is safer stretching as we don’t need to push the muscles to the full range of motion. This session will focus on lower body.
