Discover how improving foot and ankle mobility can ease pain and enhance the overall alignment of your knees, hips, lower back, and entire body. In this class, Paula creates a safe and joyful environment to explore, learn, laugh, and practice movement tailored to your needs.
This is not a yoga class. Instead, we focus on:
- Functional movement
- Bone rhythms
- Fascia release
- Mobility and strength
Additional elements include somatic and weighted movements, pelvic floor work, techniques for supporting back health, and nervous system integration to promote full-body balance and resilience.

The class begins seated in a chair with a yoga mat placed underneath, setting the foundation for mindful movement. Together, we embark on a fun and engaging exploration along the runway of movement and mindfulness, inspired by a modeling runway. Here, we observe and learn about misalignments, uncovering where we might be compensating in our posture and movement patterns for a deeper understanding of our body's mechanics.
Come as you are, and leave feeling aligned, strong, and transformed. This class is open to all levels.
