Join us for our Fascia Focused "Movement Medicine" class with Megan! This class can be taken by itself or combined with a series of classes offered on Thursday's 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23 & 10/30.$25 for drop-in class or $125 for class series.
Movement classes with Megan are tailored to a particular fascial focus for each series and help the body by easing any pain and/or discomfort and supporting body movement and helping you to move with ease.
