Join us for our Fascia Focused "Movement Medicine" class with Megan! This class can be taken by itself or combined with a series of classes offered on Thursday's 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23 & 10/30.$25 for drop-in class or $125 for class series. This class is also included in the Wellness Membership.
This class series will focus on creating length and adaptability as well as building strength in the sides of the body. This helps to provide more stability and ease in the lower back
