Welcome to the Farsi Speaking and Afghan Community Brain Health and Awareness Event!
If you would like the opportunity to understand more about memory loss, dementia and how to reduce your risk, please join us by attending this free event.
Speakers from University College London and families sharing lived experience stories and dementia journeys. The speakers include Jem Bhatt is the lead for postgraduate research at the UCL Unit for Stigma Research, she is also a clinician with a special interest in older adults and dementia. Jem Bhatt’s research is focussed on the unfair treatment and discrimination of people living with dementia and carers.
There will be stalls from local providers that support the people living in London boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Westminster, and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
