Summer...best time ever to pickle those amazing Farmers' Market finds! Join Chef Helen as she leads you through small batch pickling technique for Refrigerator Pickles. She will walk you through choosing best cucumber variety for pickles and the brining process. Other veggies demonstrated will depend on what's available that week at the Farmers' Market! You will leave with skill to pickle away the rest of the summer!
