Come celebrate Word & Plant’s budding Garden Haven & Farm! We’re opening the garden gates, getting the indigo vat going, and filling the afternoon with community, creativity, and garden joy!What to Expect:
-> Hands-on Indigo Dyeing with real, plant-extracted indigo (take home your own dyed piece!)
-> Take-home Seed Sowing activity for all ages
-> A FREE raffle (everyone gets one complimentary ticket) to win some handcrafted plant-ey Word & Plant goodies!
A first look at the gardens, fields, and future plans for what we hope will become a garden away from home for our community!
What to Bring:
-> A chair!
-> An acoustic instrument to play/jam (optional)
-> A potluck snack to share (optional) – please write out ingredients for folks with allergies/restrictions!
