The Pacific Northwest’s cool, wet spring nurtures bounty of fresh ingredients -- lettuce, arugula, grapes, and wild mushroom--all coming together in this five-course meal. Each dish highlights the fresh, local flavors of spring, expertly paired with Alveare Wine to elevate every bite.
