Travel to the farmMeeting Point for Farm Tour: Walmart Super Center Butler Plaza:

This is the meeting point where we will meet to go to the farm as a group. This is also the meeting point where we will drop the group off at the end of the retreat on Sunday by 2:00pm.

Farm Location:

1179 E Withlacoochee Trail, Dunnellon, FL 34434

Info: We will tour the farm during 9am-11am. If you have purchased the farm tour only option for $70 you will tour the farm between the hours 9:00am- 11:00am.

Info: We will have our mindful eating cooking demonstration from 11:30am- 12:30pm at the farm. This is the option for our wellness retreat participants only.

Info: 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Arrival and Check-In to Lodging

Info: We will be teaching Beginners Yoga for those who would like to participate

Info: We will be going hiking at the Wildlife Refugee in Crystal, River FL. Please bring closed toed shoes, bug spray, and sunscreen if you would like to hike with us.

Info: All meals are included in the ticket price of $170 per person.

Info: We will be teaching Mindfulness Meditation class and the importance of meditation before bedtime.

Info: We will tour the farm during 9am-10am. If you have purchased the farm tour only option for $70 you will tour the farm between the hours 9:00am- 10:00am. If you purchased a ticket for 9:00am but would like to arrive between 9:00am- 11:00am that will be honored as well. All tours end promptly at 12:00pm.
