This exclusive event features a meticulously crafted five-course menu celebrating the best of local ingredients and seasonal flavors:
Marshmallow and Apple Ambrosia - Dial’s Apiary honey marshmallows, Missouri apples, candy spiced black walnuts, and housemade yogurt dressing
Mars Grape and Purslane Panzanella - Galati Family Farms purslane, 4M Vineyards grapes, balsamic caviar, olive oil, fried sourdough
Brown Butter Quail and Spiced Pears Three Brothers Meat Co quail, Renegade Farms pears, Terrell Creek Farms Foggy Hollow cream
Corn Culurgiones & Sweetbreads - Corn pudding filled pasta, Sun and Bloom Farms oyster mushrooms, Three Brothers Meat Co sweetbreads, local corn
German Cheesecake - Hemme Brothers Creamery quark, mini kraken farm forsythia syrup granola, earl gray & wild plum
Each course will be expertly paired with a craft beer flight chosen by the brewmaster, included in the ticket price.
Tickets are $85 per guest, with beer pairing included. Guests wishing to omit the beer pairing may enter promo code "NOBEER" at checkout to remove the charge for alcohol. Please note that tickets with and without alcohol must be purchased in separate transactions.
Wine, limited cocktails, and soft drinks will be available for separate purchase from the brewery throughout the evening.
