Bio-Dome (1996) is a comedy about two slacker friends, Bud (Pauly Shore) and Doyle (Stephen Baldwin), who accidentally get trapped inside a high-tech, self-sustaining environmental research facility called the Bio-Dome. The dome is meant to simulate a sealed ecosystem, but Bud and Doyle’s chaotic antics disrupt the scientists' mission to live in harmony with nature. The film blends lowbrow humor with environmental themes, focusing on the duo's misadventures as they wreak havoc while trying to adapt to life inside the dome.
