Join us for an interactive cooking class dedicated to Seven Oaks Farm and their fresh beef. We will be on the farm and in the pastures. Our chefs will guide you through techniques for sous vide, grilling, and pan-searing, while sharing tips on seasoning, resting, and slicing. We look forward to having an open discussion, questions are encouraged!
