Meristem's Farm to Fork Café is open for lunch on Fridays to the community. Our Café is run by our Meristem's TAP interns and culinary arts team.A sample of our menu items include hearty salads, focaccia breads with olives, peaches, brie cheese sourced from our fruit trees and farm. Also available are baked goods, such as: Apple galettes, browned butter chocolate chip cookies and gluten-free peanut butter cookies. At various times, the bakers will also offer gluten-free brownies, cinnamon rolls, and French baguettes. Our menu is always changing.
Lunch hours are 11:30 am-1:00 pm. Reservations are requested 24 hours ahead of arrival so that students can make preparations. To make your Café reservation, please email [email protected]
Enjoy an array of seating options. Inside our cafe, outside under our large shade tree at picnic tables with our students and staff or an outside shaded deck in a more private setting.
Visitors to the café can also purchase a number of student-made products for sale, including finishing salts and candles from the herbal arts program and mugs from ceramics.
