Join us on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at Deep Roots CPS Farm in Monroe, NC, for The Black Garlic Experience, a one-of-a-kind farm to table dinner celebrating the land, the harvest, and the partnerships that make our work possible. This multi-course dinner features dishes crafted by an incredible lineup of chefs: James Beard Award nominees Chef Greg Collier and Chef Chayil Johnson, Chef Carl Brown (Culinary Director at Livingstone College), and Pastry Chef Joleen Usher. Each course will highlight our signature black garlic — an ingredient born from patience and transformation, just like farming itself.
