Join The Humane League’s Houston Animal Advocates! We are a passionate volunteer group working to create a more compassionate world for farmed animals who are stuck in our food system—starting right here in Houston and nation-wide!
What We Do
🐣 Monthly Actions
Each month, we stand up for farmed animals as part of local or national cage-free campaigns in partnership with The Humane League, holding corporations accountable and demanding better treatment for egg-laying hens who live their lives in battery cages. We use our people power to get wins for animals!
🌱 Social Meetups
We want to build a strong, supportive community in Houston. That’s why we host monthly gatherings to explore new vegan spots around town, share delicious meals, and connect with fellow advocates.
📣 Plant-Based Advocacy
We're committed to expanding access to plant-based options at local restaurants, schools, and universities making it easier for our community to choose compassion.
🎉 Community Engagement
We love representing our group in Houston! Whether we’re tabling at local markets, attending events hosted by allied groups, or just being a positive presence at community festivals, we’re out there representing animals together—and having fun while we do it.
