By registering for and/or attending the Event, You – as an Attendee – hereby accept these terms:

1. Please note that this is an on-site conference and is going to be held at Bozar, Centre for Fine Arts, Rue Ravensteinstraat 23, 1000 Brussels. Register only if you can attend personally in Brussels, Belgium.
2. Once you submit your registration, we will send you an e-mail as confirmation.
3. Once you register at the event on-site your pass is strictly for your own use and you shall not reassign, transfer or lend it to any other person whether or not they are employed by the same company unless there is an emergency. In the case of emergency please notify the organisers in advance.
4. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Each delegate will be responsible for their own accommodation and travel expenses.
5. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice and to change the location or the date of the event or confirmed speakers. In case the event cannot be host in person due to a force majeure like pandemic and gathering restrictions associated with it, the event will be hosted in a virtual format.
6. In case a delegate would like to cancel their participation for some unexpected eventualities, such requests must be submitted in written form and sent by email to [email protected]
