About this Event
For nearly 60 years, Cabin 300 and Cabin 400 have stood as more than just buildings on the Cumberland Heights campus—they’ve been sacred spaces where men and women began their journey of healing, hope, and renewal. These cabins have witnessed laughter, tears, friendship, and transformation, serving as cornerstones in the recovery stories of thousands.
This December marks a historic moment as our men’s patients transition to the new residential building, and the time comes to say goodbye to these two beloved cabins. Before we rebuild, we want to come together as a community to share a meal, reflect, and hold one final aftercare meeting in each cabin to honor the generations of lives changed within their walls.
We invite everyone to join us for dinner beforehand, followed by a time of sharing and remembrance in each cabin. Together, we’ll celebrate the legacy of these spaces and the countless lives they’ve touched.
If you can’t attend, please know you’ll still be part of this moment. We’ll be preserving meaningful pieces of the cabins so that mementos can live on in our bookstore—small reminders of a place that helped so many find their way home.
Join us in celebrating not just what’s ending, but the growth and renewal that continues to define Cumberland Heights.
