The FAR-West Pre-Conference Open Mic will run from 6:30 - 8:30 PM, Emceed by Mike Berman & Kevin Kelso. Exclusive to FAR-West conference attendees.
At 8:30 PM, the stage will shift into the regularly occurring Brickhouse Open Mic Night, hosted by Casey Barnett (which regularly runs from 7 till 11 PM), and is open to anyone interested in signing up. So if FAR-West conference attendees would like to stick around and participate, you're welcome to! It will involve more full band elements (drums, amps, etc.), and can feature a dynamic range of performance types (solo songwriters, full bands, improvisational jams, poetry, comedy, etc.).
