For January, our (very first) book group pick is House of Frank, a warm and hopeful novel by Kay Synclaire. In this inventive and stirring portrait of the ache of loss, a lonely witch consumed by grief discovers a whimsical cast of characters in a magical arboretum—and eventually—the healing power of found family and love.
