The exhibition of classic and vintage cars at "The Big Barleylands Classic Motor Show & Family Fun Day" on 14 September 2025.
We are pleased to announce once again the organization of the "Eastern European Zone" and the "Polish Community Zone" at "The Big Barleylands Classic Motor Show & Family Fun Day" on 14 September 2025.
What is the "Eastern European Zone"?
This zone will showcase all vehicles manufactured in the former communist bloc.
What is the "Polish Community Zone"?
This zone will feature classic or vintage vehicles manufactured in any country outside the Eastern Bloc.
Vehicles eligible for both zones must be at least 20+ years old, but newer vehicles may also be accepted upon prior approval from the zone organizer.
Both zones will be side by side, allowing everyone to enjoy the event together!
We invite all owners to exhibit their vehicles!
This includes cars, motorcycles, military and specialist vehicles, bicycles, and mopeds.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ENTRY TICKETS:
Each vehicle (with the driver + one passenger) enters for FREE!
Any additional passengers in the vehicle must purchase a ticket.
Parking for visitors is FREE.

Ticket prices for general visitors and additional passengers in exhibit vehicles:
Adults (16+) – £9.99 + £1.54 transaction fee
Children (5-16) – £3.99 + £1.04 transaction fee
Children under 5 – Free
Family (2 adults + 2 children) – £21.99 + £2.54 transaction fee

IMPORTANT RULES & GUIDELINES:
🔴 Dogs are allowed but must be on a leash, and owners must clean up after them.
🔴 No personal BBQs are allowed anywhere at the show! A Polish food stand will be available on-site. Anyone violating this rule will be asked to leave immediately.
🔴 No personal tents/gazebos may be set up in our zone without prior approval from the FoCC organizer. A Liability Insurance certificate is required to receive permission.
🔴 No promotion/advertising of companies or clubs (banners, flags, stands, etc.) is allowed in our zone without prior approval from the FoCC organizer. Anyone violating this rule will be asked to leave immediately. Before setting anything up, please ask first!
🔴 Anyone damaging the grass (e.g., donuts, burnouts, drifting) will be financially liable to the landowner.
🔴 If unsure about anything, ask the FoCC zone organizer.
What to expect in the Polish & Eastern European Zones?
🌟 A fantastic atmosphere with fellow enthusiasts, just like in previous years!
🌟 Polish exhibitors and Polish cuisine!
🌟 Many additional attractions that will be revealed at the event!
🌟 If you’ve attended our zone before, you know there’s too much to count and describe!

The Big Barleylands Classic Motor Show & Family Fun Day
This event is the equivalent of the Orsett show—a "copy" but also an alternative for those who can’t attend Orsett or another great opportunity for those who want to be at both exhibitions!
The main organizers, impressed by our previous exhibitions, asked us to host another event in a different part of Essex—and we said YES!
