- Tantric practices that get you out of your head and into your body.

Jaime and Brian work together to support singles and couples in cultivating deeper, more intimate connections. Through their workshops and coaching, they provide practical tools to enhance communication, foster emotional closeness, and help people break through barriers to intimacy. Their approach empowers participants to build stronger, healthier relationships with lasting connection.
Jaime Verk:
Jaime adoringly called JLove, is an International Retreat Leader, Intuitive Energy Healer, Reiki Master Teacher, Relationship coach Tantra Teacher and Transformational Facilitator.
Jaime's passion is helping people get out of their heads and into their hearts to embody more love, pleasure and freedom in their lives. She has been in the wellness space since 2011 and has helped hundreds of people heal through a somatic, holistic approach.
She delights in creating transformational experiences for people to shed the layers of shame, judgement and criticism and embody their most confident and authentic self.

Brian Tohana
Brian is a coach for relationships since 2016 and currently works with individuals and couples on complex trauma, codependency, communication, conflict, sex, intimacy and emotional intelligence. He's currently completing a masters to become a registered psychologist and owns Caring for Couples Counselling Center, one of the top Google reviewed couples counselling centers in Toronto.
