About this Event
'Fan the Spark' of your faith with a day-long, Catholic conference on faith and culture for young adults (18-40) in the historic headquarters of the Legion of Mary in Dublin. With talks, prayer, Mass, Adoration, workshops, food and social, the day is a chance to build your faith in friendship with young men and women from across the country.
Join us for a tour of Servant of God Frank Duff's house, visit the oratories of the Morning Star and Regina Coeli hostels, listen to fascinating talks on awe-inspiring art, learn from great teachers in workshops on prayer, and dwell with Mary in Eucharistic adoration. Guest speakers include Fr Vincent Stapleton, Ruth O'Connell, Luke McCann.
The conference takes place on Saturday, August 24, in the headquarters of the Legion of Mary, an Irish lay apostolate founded in Dublin, which has more than 10 million members worldwide.
Cost – €15, including lunch.
A very limited amount of parking is available. The venue is a 10 minute walk from Smithfield Luas stop and is easily accessible by bus, with the no. 83 stopping at Church Street Upper, just 4 minutes from the venue.
