Bird Harvesting and Fan Making Workshop & Sweat Lodge
Date: October 13th, 2024
Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Thousand Suns CME
Join us for a transformative day of connection, creation, and sacred ceremony!
In this unique workshop, you will learn how to respectfully harvest, prepare, and activate spiritual tools for prayer and healing. Throughout history, spiritual tools have been used as extensions of devotion to Spirit, and this workshop teaches the sacred process of creating your own wing fan, infused with intention and reverence for the natural world.
About the Workshop
Spiritual tools carry the energy we instill into them, but they begin to take on true meaning when we ask permission and approach their creation with respect. In this workshop, guided by indigenous wisdom, you’ll learn how to ask Spirit for permission to harvest materials, how to offer prayers during the process, and how to care for these tools once they are activated. Everything we touch carries energy, and this workshop is designed to help you align with these energies in a way that honors the rhythm of the universe.
