About this Event
In partnership with the Canopy Jersey City Arts District, join us with Artist Lauren Krasnoff and ARTS 14C CEO (and former sports writer) Robinson Holloway to discuss how the experience of being a fan can become material for art: how people gather, cheer, and witness something together, and how abstraction can capture those emotional moments more fully.
The talk will explore the rhythms of a game, the pull of a crowd, and the sensations of spectatorship — revealing how these forces shape both artistic practice and the shared experiences that connect us.
We invite you to join the conversation and reflect on why we follow what we love, and how those moments stay with us.
This event is part of the citywide arts evening JCFridays.
