This class will teach healthy habits to manage weight, decrease medications, prevent diseases, and improve overall health. Presented by Outpatient Nutrition. Dinner will be provided. This class is for children 10-17 (parent attendance is required) every second Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at Ochsner LSU Health - St. Mary Medical Center (911 Margaret Place). Created and led by Ochsner LSU Health dieticians.
