Aloha from the Hill: Rattlers in Paradise – Parents & Family Weekend 2024

Get ready for an unforgettable weekend of fun, family, and Rattler pride at "Aloha from the Hill: Rattlers in Paradise!" Join us from September 27-29, 2024, for an exciting lineup of events that will bring you closer to the FAMU experience.

Kick off the weekend on Friday with a warm welcome at our Check-In and explore the SET Market on the Set and walk the Will Packer Amphetheater see our amazing organizations and clubs perform. Enjoy a delicious lunch at the Welcome Luncheon, then get ready to be amazed by the Sneak-Peek-At-Greek Yard Show! As the sun sets, unwind with a festive Luau and outdoor movie under the stars at the Amp.

Saturday brings more excitement with a late Check-In, the Rattler Walk, and an afternoon of tailgating and games. Cheer on the Rattlers as they take the field at Ken Riley Stadium – game time is sure to be a highlight!

We’ll wrap up this incredible weekend with the Andre D. Green Farewell Brunch on Sunday, where you can say goodbye to new friends and cherish the memories made.

Plus, don't forget to participate in our Parents & Family Philanthropy/Service Project by bringing your donation item to check-in!

Please note:

• No refunds, pro-rated rates, or à la carte options.
• No on-site registration.
• You must first click "PLACE ORDER" and pay before you are prompted to enter your desired t-shirt sizes. Do not close out or logout until youve entered your sizes and other information (Students ID# if applicable)
• Facial mask coverings are not require, but avaiable upon request.
• FAMU Students can secure or be placed in the cue to recive their tickets by logging into the FAMU Student Ticketmaster Portal. Click for more information.
• If rain is in the forecast, the event organizer will send out a message at least three days prior to the event start date with rain locations. Check the weather
• Parents and Family Weekend is limited to 500 attendees, with tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests once tickets are sold out, and no on-site registration will be accepted.
• Parking decals will be emailed to the address used for registering.
• Tickets include access to all scheduled events, meals, and registration items. Football game tickets are included in all registrations EXCEPT for students.
• Shizes are made to order, and cannot be exchanged for a smaller/bigger size upon arrival.
• North End Zone Tailgate access is sold separately through the Division of Institutional Advancement.
