Famous Wines of California and Washington Class

Participants will explore examples of Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon from California and Washington State and learn about their differences. California and Washington State are the top two producers of wine in the United States. Each of the six wines will be paired with the appropriate cheese.
