Join The Mindfulness Movement for a heartwarming Family Yoga class at Edgewood Middle School in Mounds View, MN—an all-ages experience that supports emotional connection, movement, and lifelong wellness.
This 45-minute class invites parents, caregivers, and children (ages 5–12 recommended) to:
