Yoga has serious benefits for everyone and anyone but especially when it comes to kids learning should be fun!!
The Om Work Guru (trained by KAY) offers children (and their parents) an opportunity to learn about relaxation while keeping them engaged with games and music. See the video to find out about some of what you will learn in class.
This class series will be an opportunity for families to participate and learn together about the benefits of yoga.
Classes are open to children ages 5-12 and children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The cost for this class will be $10 per person. You can pre-register for individual classes or register for 5 classes for $40.
Drop ins are also welcome but only 14 people will be able to attend each session so register now to save your space.
Please bring yoga mats and water to keep yourself hydrated.
