Aubrie combines her 20 years of experience as a Certified Yoga Teacher and Music Educator to bring you this family yoga workshop. Children have fun, build confidence, strength and focus through movement and music while the adult joining them also benefits from the yoga poses, meditations and quality time together. Family Yoga Classes are designed for children age 4-12 and an adult who cares for them. All genders, abilities and yoga experience welcome.
Classes will take place at the Astoria Arts & Movement Center from 2:45 - 3:30 pm on Saturday May 3, 10, 17 & 24th. Presented free of charge by AWE - Astoria thanks to the generous support of The Pacific Power Foundation.
