Benefits Cocoa Packs Presents
Next Generation Yoga with Cindy Lesher is offering a Family Yoga class at Brownstone Station Wellness Center in exchange for an unwrapped toy or monetary gift to donate Cocoa Packs Presents.
Parents and kids age 2 – 12 are invited to come together in a lighthearted environment for individual, partner and family Yoga fun! Age and developmentally appropriate yoga poses, animated breathing exercises and soothing relaxation techniques awaken the inner-child of all age participants. Laughter and love fill the class and is sure to inspire the entire family’s relationship. This class combines traditional yoga of poses, breathing and mindfulness along with creative movements, learning, visualizations, sensory integration, and some fun stuff make the class unique, fun, and appropriate for kids age 2 and older. REGISTRATION REQUIRED for each individual, see below.

Cost: Donation of an unwrapped present or check (Class value is $30 for Family Yoga)
Location: Brownstone Station Wellness Center in Hummelstown.
Special Notes: Registration required. Space limited. Count all family members attending. Please be sure to indicate birthdate so that I know ages. With really young small kids, I can add more registrations.
