Family Yoga is a 45-minute active yoga class for families with children aged 7 years and older. Together, we will flow through a sequence of poses appropriate for both young and the not so young! This is a great opportunity for you to practice yoga together and experience the array of physical and emotional benefits of the beautiful practice.
Classes will be led by Children's Yoga Teacher, Bridget Tsikouris. Bridget is a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher, E-RYT 200, licensed classroom teacher, and has completed additional training in prenatal and yin yoga.

~When registering, please register each child and adult participating in the class.
