Adults and their littles ages 4-9 are invited to join Beth for this monthly Family Yoga class. We will practice breathwork, poses, and some silliness to have fun while strengthening our bodies and bonds. The child in all of us will appreciate getting to move, breathe, and regulate together.
All classes will be held at Breathe on Sundays at 3pm on the following dates: Sept 21, Oct 19 and Nov 16. Choose one or attend all three (you'll see those options when you check out.)
$30 per adult/child pair, +$10 per additional family member (discounted to $25 per class + $8 for each add'l family member if you purchase all three together)
